peanut butter banana chocolate smoothie
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It starts your metabolism and gives your body the energy it needs to make it through the day. But many of us have busy schedules which have us rushing out the door in the morning. This smoothie has all the nutrients your body needs to start the day off right, but it’s fast and easy to take on the go.
Ingredients
2 scoops, organic creamy chocolate fudge protein powder (or your favorite chocolate protein)
1 – 1 ½ cups organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or amount to your desired consistency)
2 tablespoons, organic creamy peanut butter (or amount to your preference)
1 cup frozen organic blueberries
1 frozen organic banana
Instructions
- Throw everything into a blender, Vitamix or Nutribullet.
- Blend until thoroughly mixed with no clumps.
- Pour into your favorite to-go cup or glass and enjoy!
