No Bake Cheesecake
No time to bake? No problem! These little jars of happiness are perfect for any occasion. With just a few simple ingredients, they can become your new go-to dessert. But enjoy responsibly, as one bite is never enough!
4–6 servings
For the Crust:
- 12 Oreo cookies, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Filling:
- 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce), softened
- 2/3 cup Nutella
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tub frozen whipped topping (8 ounce), thawed
Garnish:
- Whipped topping
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
- Toasted chopped hazelnuts (optional)
In a bowl, stir together the crumbled Oreo cookies and melted butter. Evenly divide the crumbs between your individual serving glasses and press into the bottom to form a crust layer.
In another bowl, combine cream cheese, Nutella, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add whipped topping and gently fold it in with a rubber spatula until blended.
Use a pastry bag or spoon to fill each serving glass. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Garnish with chocolate shavings and nuts if desired.
