Names of God: Jehovah
MEANING:“The Self-Existent One” Yahweh is the covenant name of God. | VERSE:“And God said.., ‘I AM WHO I AM.'” —Exodus 3:14 NKJV |
FACT:The name of God was considered too sacred to be uttered, so was abbreviated or written without the vowels: “YHWH” | PRAYER:Jehovah, deliver me from every form of bondage. |
There are many names given to God in the Bible, and each one helps to illustrate a facet of God’s character. These names are placed in Scripture that we might know and understand more about Him.

I study the Names of God, but not in real detail. What I did do is when I read the Bible I know who they are praying or calling upon. It is so beautiful! Is this going to be a book or pamphlet that we can buy? May the Lord be with you and keep you, may He bless all that you do according to His word.
