It is probably not an original idea, but I have been doing this for years. On my home computer in Windows, there is a place where we can add a message that will scroll across our screens as a screen-saver. I write a Bible verse there such as our weekly verse to learn. Also, through the years when people come to my area to talk, they are able to view the verse written there too.

James 3:17, I wanted to share something the LORD showed me in this verse:
The first three Pure, peaceable and gentle are traits He gives me through Jesus Christ.
The next three; willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits: are what he wants from me to Him.
The last two without partiality and without hypocrisy are what He wants from me to others. He reminded me that my pool sometimes needs a PH balance put in to balance the chlorine, but with our living water, we don't need "PH" (Partiality and Hypocrisy) LOL.

This has been the most difficult and convicting Bible study I have ever done! Thank you! My pearl of wisdom from this week is: James 3:13--Who is wise and understanding among you? Let them show it by their good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. (NIV)
I have been meditating on the humility that I must have before the LORD Almighty and others. True godly wisdom will be evident in my good conduct AND humble heart. It speaks of my actions as well as my motives. I must always keep in my mind that any good I do comes from the Spirit of Christ in me. Worldly knowledge puffs up, but godly wisdom produces humility. I am truly humbled as I see pride creeping in my life. Ugh! But I am so thankful for God's grace and mercy. Only God will transform this prideful heart as He imparts HIS humbling message to me. I am so grateful for this study. Thank you for offering this free ministry so anyone can use them as a guide for meeting with our LORD. =]
