Enjoy this refreshing smoothie as dessert—or make it breakfast by adding some protein powder! Satisfy your sweet tooth with no refined sugar, dairy and gluten-free. Kids will like it too!


2 scoops ice cubes

1 ripe banana

2 tbsp honey OR 1 tsp stevia

Splash of vanilla extract

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1-2 tbsp cacao nibs

1 cup milk (I like almond, oat or coconut)



Using a blender, add all ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Drink right away!
