Baked Brie
This recipe is one of my favorites. It’s best served right from the oven while it’s still warm. Trust me; it will be gone before it has time to cool!
It’s great as a quick appetizer or even a dessert. It’s also something easy to keep on hand for those nights when dinner isn’t quite ready and there are hungry people in your house.
Ingredients:
Cube of Brie cheese
1½ cups of brown sugar
1 package of sweet and spicy pecans (these can be found at Trader Joe’s)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the Brie cheese on baking sheet. Pour brown sugar and nuts on top of Brie (they will fall around the Brie too. That’s ok as long as some of it stays on top).
Bake the Brie for approximately 10 minutes or until gooey. Serve hot with crackers or bread.
