At the Damascus Gate
On our recent trip to Israel, I went out on the streets of Jerusalem with Hepzibah, a new friend and an Israeli guide. We had a blast exploring the old city with all the wonderful sights, sounds and tastes! In this clip we stood at the oldest, and in my opinion, most beautiful gate to the city that is still in use. As we stood outside the gate watching all the activity buzzing about I was reminded of the passages I’d read many times in scripture (Proverbs 31:23 and Ruth 4:1). I hope you enjoy this brief moment we shared that warm afternoon in May.

That was great. Really nice to get an idea of what it would have been like in those times of proverbs 31. Thanks!

It would be interesting to know how or what role women played when they were not married, or if they were married, but did not have children. There are a lot of us out here, but rarely is reference made to us. Can you and Greg help us out here more by also including us?

Cathe, Thank you so much for posting these video clips. They are such a blessing, especially when one is trapped at home by disability. Seeing the places the Bible talks about is very moving.
