This salsa is great with your favorite fish, chicken, or even your favorite Mexican dishes such as carnitas, burritos, or enchiladas.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium papaya, seeded, peeled, and diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2  tsp red chili pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar, chili pepper flakes, and cumin.
  2. Fold in the mango, papaya, pineapple, onion, bell pepper and cilantro.
