Ingredients:
- 3 large swai fish fillets
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Microgreens
Preparation:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place the fish fillets in a lightly greased baking pan. Set the dish aside.
- Meanwhile, mix the soy sauce, miso paste, and lemon. Pour the mixture over the swai fish and let it marinate for about 10 to 15 minutes.
