This dip is really simple and delicious—and always a crowd pleaser. It can be made the night before and put in the oven a half hour before your get-together. It’s so good, you will be asked to make it again and again!

What you will need:

  • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1–2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8″ x 8″ square pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
  3. Put the dip into the prepared pan. Top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.

Serve with tortilla chips or small pieces of toasted sourdough bread and enjoy!
