red pepper hummus
Enjoy fresh, simple, and healthy hummus you can make at home in ten minutes or less! Vegan, Gluten-Free.
1 clove garlic
1 can (or 2 cups freshly cooked) Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup Tahini Paste
1 tsp ground cumin
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Red Pepper, sliced or diced
Roasted Pine Nuts
Roasted Butternut Squash
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or Cuisinart until almost smooth, adding a small bit of water as needed.
- Scoop into a bowl and top with your favorite garnishes. Enjoy!
