1 clove garlic

1 can (or 2 cups freshly cooked) Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed

½ cup Tahini Paste

1 tsp ground cumin

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

½ cup fresh lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste


Garnish Options:

Red Pepper, sliced or diced

Olive Tapenade

Roasted Butternut Squash

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or Cuisinart until almost smooth, adding a small bit of water as needed.
  2. Scoop into a bowl and top with your favorite garnishes. Enjoy!
