Serve over Greek-style yogurt and fresh fruit for a delicious, filling, nutritious breakfast or snack. Try it over ice cream for dessert. Eat it plain as a snack all day long. Simple, fresh, and delicious for breakfast, snack, or dessert!

Dry Ingredients:

  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raw pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup canola or other non-flavored oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup (you can do all honey if you don’t have maple)

Dried Fruit:

  • 1/2cup chopped apricots
  • 1/2cup golden raisins
  • 1/2cup dried cranberries

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper (not waxed!).
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on your prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to fully cool before adding the dried fruit so the granola has clusters.
  4. Once cooled, put it into a large bowl and add the dried fruit. Mix gently.
  5. Adjust any of these ingredients to taste. Store in a sealed container in a cool location such as a refrigerator.
