Paper Holiday Cones
This is a fun little craft that is simple enough to make with kids and pretty enough to put on your mantle for the holidays!
What you need:
- Corrugated cardboard
- Scissors
- Hot glue
- Gold paint
Directions:
- To begin, cut your cardboard into triangles depending on the size of the cones you would like. You might try this in several sizes. We cut ours into triangles with a 4-inch base and 24 inches long (approximately).
- Starting at the base, roll the cardboard as if making crescent shaped rolls, and just keep rolling all the way till you get to the tip. Then add just a dot of hot glue and hold tightly in place to let the glue set.
- Now that you have a rolled cone, you’ll want to add some holiday sparkle, so paint them with gold paint and some shimmery glitter on the edges!
- Now go ahead and throw some of these under the tree or on the mantle this Christmas for just a little bit of earthy sparkle.

I saw these at the Lovely Market this weekend and they were beautiful! They looked like they could be used as shells in a beach-y décor, as well as being cones. Very creative, Brittany!
