VERSE:

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.” —John 11:25

 NOTE:

In addition to predicting His own death and resurrection, Jesus says that anyone who believes (puts their trust) in Him will be raised again to eternal life. Jesus has power over life and death and whoever believes in Christ has a spiritual life that death cannot conquer.

 PRAYER:

Lord, because You rose from the dead, I too will rise from the dead to eternal life. Help me to live in newness of life today. Amen
