Grow in Grace
“Grow in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” —2 Peter 3:18
Who doesn’t want to grow? As most things that are worthwhile and good in our lives, growth is a process that takes time. A fruitful garden requires planning, attention, and patience! Our spiritual lives are like a garden too. How I would love to simply type in a search for Amazon Fresh, fill in my order for the fruit of the Holy Spirit, click, and then simply wait for that cute green truck to pull up and deliver the goods to my doorstep, all without lifting a finger!
But that isn’t how growing in the grace and knowledge of our Lord works. It’s more like a real garden that requires deliberate planning, watering, pruning, and watchful care before you get to harvest and enjoy that sweet fruit. And that is why we here at the Virtue* women’s ministry are committed to help you transform your spiritual life into a beautiful garden!
Our weekly Bible study lessons (this year in the exciting book of Acts), teachings, and small groups are designed to come alongside and encourage you in every step of this fruitful season. Click here to register or read more information »
So when you look at your life, do you see good things growing? Now, granted, these changes come slowly, just as fruit grows slowly…but the goal of the Master Gardener is that He wants us to produce fruit in our lives and savor together the sweetness of His plan.
If you want to meet other girls that want to grow spiritually this year, I pray you will consider joining us at Virtue*. We have some exciting things to looking forward to!

Cathe, Thank you for Virtue for women. It is a blessing. I look forward to this Fall's study. For I truly need to grow in my spiritual walk with the Lord because I just lost my husband in May to cancer. So, I have a big void in my life. God Bless you and Pastor Greg Barbie Trott

Cathe,
I thank the Lord for Harvest Womens' Ministry and for you and all who are involved. I too will be joining the study online from Arizona. I have been following Harvest Ministries for many. many years now since leaving Riverside area in 1991. I am so grateful that I can still be involved in Harvest's women's studies.
Sincerely,
Teri

I was curious, coming from an inductive study for the past eight or so years, will we be studying inductively?

So excited Harvest has come to OC! I have been praying for a new church and thankful God showed me Virtue to reel me in. I love Cathe, a wife, mother, grandmother. Her analogies in a women's life call to me. Like this one, referring to our spiritual growth as a garden... planning, seeding, pulling out weeds, tending to it deliberately. I am anxious for my flowers to bloom and fruits to grow.
Joyfully,
Dana
