This year for Easter, I decided to try something different from the traditional dyed Easter eggs I make with the girls. So Stella and I cut out pretty bits of tissue paper, and we used mod podge to paint them onto our Easter eggs.

A design on white backing works best on white eggs, or you can dye the eggs first to coordinate it with your design. I thought the natural brown eggs were special with a leopard print tissue I found.

The result was really fun and modern, and it was a great project for us to do together!

For a great centerpiece to show off our eggs, we got some fresh grass from the health food store and set it in a container (that I spray painted gold!) and set it in the center of the table. Super cute!
