Baked Sweet Potatoes with Cranberries
This is a great sweet potato recipe with a little twist. The cranberries add great flavor and are a pretty garnish!
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 3/4 stick of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup of fresh cranberries
Directions
- Bake sweet potatoes in 350-degree oven until done but still firm. Cool and peel.
- Slice sweet potatoes into even slices and place in 13″ x 9″ baking dish.
- Pour butter over sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Arrange cranberries evenly over the top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.

Dear Brittany: Hi! I tried your sweet potato recipe out for our Christmas dinner, love it!! Thank you, you can come & cook in my kitchen anytime. I love different recipes especially for the holidays when a lot of the meals are very traditional. It even tasted better today than yesterday.
